Project Management

Our project management is based on the “task-force” concept where a complete project team is set up for the project. The advantages of this are the “single-source” responsibility concept, which guarantees the client the best service and immediate response via the Project Manager who is the sole coordinator. The engineers and staff are thoroughly familiar with, and capable of meeting a project on time and within budget, thus allowing the client to generate positive cash flows from the earliest date.
